Marina Gdansk

Marina, window into the world. Gdansk, from its very beginning, has been related to the Vistula River and the sea. The nautical traditions of the City are visible at almost every step, starting with the historic Crane at the Motława River to the modern yacht marina on Nowa Motława River, in the Szafarnia Street. In Gdansk there are also marinas in Przygalina (near the Wisła Śmiała River water-gate), by the pass to the Sobieszewska Isle, at the National Sailing Center in Górki Zachodnie and in the port of Nowy Port. Exclusive (and a bit eccentric) - the Marina on the artificial island at the pier of Sopot is a dream of the local authorities, but that is a future project. ...read more
