The excellent microbrewery is a wonderful complement to the boutique complex of Hotel Gdańsk and an extraordinary attraction for its guests, who have the opportunity to taste the best Beer in Poland with us. Our beer has repeatedly won such titles at the prestigious Beer Competition in Żywiec.

BROVARNIA GDAŃSK
Excellent taste
We brew three kinds of delicious Gdańsk beer – Złoto Brovarni, Starogdańskie, and Wheat. We use only water, high-quality malt from barley and wheat, hops, and yeast in their production. Our beer varieties are natural and free from any preservatives, which is why they have an excellent taste and original color.
Bavarian Purity Law
We follow the oldest food law in the world still in effect today – the so-called "Bayerisches Reinheitsgebot". This Bavarian Purity Law, declared on April 23, 1516, by Duke Wilhelm IV in the city of Ingolstadt (Bavaria), stated the following:
"(...) In particular, we want that from now on, in every respect, in our cities, villages, and marketplaces, no beer shall be brewed or added with anything other than barley, hops, and water (...). Anyone who knowingly violates and does not comply with this regulation shall be punished by the appropriate judicial authority with confiscation of the beer."
