Conference rooms

Hotel Gdańsk is a unique place with class. The conference rooms are located in the modern Yachting part, all have access to daylight with the option of blackout. All of them are also equipped with a multimedia set consisting of a projector, a modern screen and a sound system and free-standing or tie microphones. If you have additional needs, our manager will try to fully meet them.

We offer four conference rooms –Pacific, Atlantic, Adriatic, and Baltic, which can be arranged in various ways to best accommodate the number of conference participants. We provide setups for intimate meetings of10 or 16 people, as well as larger gatherings of 25, 35, 50, 65, or even 120 guests. The rooms can also be combined, allowing for a maximum capacity of 200 guests. Additionally, we are fully equipped to provide top-tier service in accordance with 5-star standards. For every business event, you will be assisted by a dedicated event manager, who will ensure that all your individual needs are met.

Parking spaces are available on the hotel premises; however, they are limited. We provide a few parking spots for event organizers.Meanwhile, Gdańsk city center has a well-developed parking infrastructure. There are many municipal parking spaces near the hotel, and within 500 meters, you will find two large parking areas – the Baltic Philharmonic parking lot and the municipal parking lot on Długie Ogrody Street.

We provide free Wi-Fi access in our conference rooms, as well as the option of using a separate network for conference purposes or cable Internet access.

The catering offer is tailored to the client's needs and can include coffee breaks, lunch or dinner served, as well as a buffet. Detailed information about the available options can be found on our website or sent individually by email. The catering is prepared on site in our fantastic restaurant.

For conference participants, we offer preferential rates for accommodation in our rooms. Pricing conditions depend on the number of services booked and the length of stay.
